I can active for around 10 hours a day. Weekends around 14-16 hours a day.
Why do you want staff:
I want to be head admin, because I have played on this server for around 2-3 days, and I have seen that the server needs some help. I want to make sure that at all times I can make sure the server will be a place where there will be no mingers, hackers, or trolls. I want to help other players with problems that they can't solve on their own and only a staff member can solve it. I want to be sure that the server will be top place with a lot of players, no hackers, no rule breakers, and etc. I want to help players with problems only a head admin can solve that can be very important to the player. I want to make sure that this server will become a server where when someone joins ShrimpRP that they will not leave, and they will play as much as they can because they will know this server will be a fun place to play DarkRP on.
What makes you a qualified staff candidate:
What makes me a qualified candidate is that can help the server in any way possible. If players need help from an admin, I can right away come and help the player requiring help. What else makes me a qualified candidate is that I am quick at solving problems, I can think fast about a situation that is currently going on in the server. I know how to solve big problems in the server like if alot of people are rdming or prop spamming or minging, and what to do if a problem arises. I will always help people anyway I can, if there is a issue with people, I will solve it, if there is a big issue I will solve it. I will solve any problem that happens on the server any time I can. I know how to solve a issue the most logical way possible, for example Player A gets rdmed by 2 people. I ask the two people why did they kill him, they say "He was mugging us." I ask" If He was a gun dealer all along and never changed, please bring two witnesses because there is no advert or ooc." They bring Player D and E. I ask player D did he mug "He says no." Player E says "He didn't mug, he was selling a gun and people wanted to buy then they killed him." I would verbally warn Player B and C for rdming.
What kind of goals would you have in mind if you got this position:
Goals I would have in mind if I got the rank is to help every player I possibly can help on the server. I would make this server a server when someone joins, they will always play. I would stop hackers, mingers, rdmers, etc from doing stuff on the server which breaks rules on the server. I would make the server a very fun place to play where there will be no rule breakers, server crashers or anything like that. Another goal I would have in mind is to make sure that the server will be on the top of the DarkRP list with the most players on this server. I would try to make all players who join this server always stay and play on it.
How will a lack of evidence influence the decisions you make; how will you handle a situation when there is no evidence to prove anything:
A lack of evidence will influence the decisions I make, because without a lot of evidence, I will not know who is telling the truth and who is lying. Probobly both might be lying, you don't know with a lack of evidence, because since I do not have a lot of evidence I can't justify who is right and who is wrong because one situation could be a person tried prop killing a guy but missed. Since there is a lack of evidence like only that he spawned that certain prop, I can't tell if Player B is lying for telling the report for nothing or that Player A is lying that he didn't attempt to prop kill.I will handle a situation when there is no evidence by letting both players know that if I actually see it or there is evidence, I will do something about the situation that is going on. But since there is no evidence at all, I can not prove that one guy is doing this and the other is doing that. So I will let both of the players free since there is no evidence to prove anything.
