Why do you want staff: I would like to be staff on ShrimpRP both because I love the name of the server, and because I would like to find other servers to play on. I would also like to help this server grow if possible, and I feel like that would be a fun experience for me.
What makes you a qualified staff candidate: I feel that I am qualified for being staff on this server because I have lots of experience. I have used ULX for a long time on many servers, and I have played Garry's Mod for over 3 years. I have almost 1000 hours in Garry's Mod, and have had so much fun during every one of them. I have been staff on more servers than I can count on my fingers, but it has been over the course of about 3 years, so I cannot remember most of them. I love interacting with players and helping them, and I also love dwelling on the forums.
What kind of goals would you have in mind if you got this position: I would like to reach higher ranks to have more powers to help the people, and to help a lot more on the forums. I have already made multiple successful forums, and I would like to add another one to my list. The staff members that I have met are already really friendly to me, and I would like to be friendly to users as well. Helping the server to get more popular would also be one of my goals, since it makes me happy every time another good quality server gets popular and noticed by people.
How will a lack of evidence influence the decisions you make; how will you handle a situation when there is no evidence to prove anything: Without sufficient evidence, I cannot do anything. If I have no proof that something happened, I cannot trust either person if they have conflicting stories. Hopefully, if you don't already have logs, you could get some, and then there would be a lot more proof, but until then, I would have to rely on the console for proof. Everyone would get treated fairly by me, even my close friends.
